Now that you’ve achieved your educational goals and professional career, are you up to setting new goals that’s more focused on developing personal relationships or developing a hobby? Many successful people have taken their personal goals on a back seat as most of their goals were work-based. They don’t know how to start a personal-based goal from where they are now because transition is never easy and time management is the main hurdle. For the most part, you can successfully manage time and success it you start now. Make time to do something you enjoy that expresses yourself. Find your balance by making time for your health, family, friends, physical, mental and spiritual well-being. Don’t work more than 10 hours daily as you are no good to anyone if you work too hard, your immune system will break down and you will be prone to illness. Take time to schedule your important elements and plan your goals. Don’t work on weekends or find a cause to donate your time so that you can put things into perspective. Practice time management and be patient with yourself. At best, find a work buddy to help you carry out your goals.

This is really difficult especially when you have your own organization/ business which you are striving to make a success. What most of us do, is divide our 24 hours between work and family ...either you are working or you are trying to devote attention to your family. There is hardly anytime left for personal hobbies...and whatever is left...is spent in surfing the net or just to enhance professional skills, through reading or doing something else.
