    What do you do when you feel depressed?
    I have a few suggestions to make you stay happy:
    * Go for shopping
    * have chocolates
    *listen to your favorite music
    *spend time with kids at home
    *simply go for a stroll

    Whenever I feel down, I do the following;
    *listen to gospel music.
    *listen to the soundtrack of my life.
    *read books -I only have inspirational and good classic literary Smile
    *eat out.
    *go buy an ice cream.
    *take a walk around the neighborhood, if that's not enough, I go to the mall and drool over nice things, haha!
    *shop for makeup.
    *go to Divi and shop for clothes.

    I have loads of chocolates or listen to good music when I am really unhappy. It helps me to get back to my original mood...try out having chocolates once ( without worrying about the calories when you are down)
